Question Relay sound under center of dash

I have what sounds to be a relay/ flasher that keeps turning on and off under the center of my dash near the heat duct on my 1995 chevy z71. I have checked both flashers as well as all fuses and am unable to locat where it is exactly coming from. I do have a small silver box near the steering column that may be the culprit but not sure. Someone please help it is driving me crazy. Thanks, Ray...

Re: Relay sound under center of dash

Do you by any chance have a digital a/c control panel? If you do does it seem to be malfunctioning when the relays are clicking? I have an 88 and I would have a Relay clicking sound and it was accompanied by a contol panel kind of flashing and the relays behind the glove box would all click. This has been intermittent, like every few months. Hasn't done it in awhile but still haven't tried to fix it, when I go to tear into it it stops, guess it is scared
