code 1627&463 PLEASE HELP

I have a 2002 Rodeo 2.2 L First let me tell you this car has been a lemon I have had many problems witch Isuzu hasn't coverd such as the cam sensor whitch they said caused the pcm to go bad well after a lot of argueing I did manage to get them to pay half for the pcm still cost me 900 bucks they said the cam sensor spiked a jolt of juice to the pcm and caused it to short out,not sure about that? the truck only has 64000 miles,have had the exhuast manifold replaced twice in whitch I had to rent a car so my wife could get back and forth to work that cost me 500 bucks,heater switch has went out twice the second time was about 2 weeks ago whitch I had to pay for, NOT COVERD UNDER WARANTY OF COURSE! Okay now for todays problems I understand the 463 code via research of the sight my question is what is and how do you repair 1627 and could the fuel sensor have anything to with the 1627 code.Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

P0463 - Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Input High
P1627 - PCM A/D Conversion Malfunction

What is PCM A/D conversion malfunction and how do I fix it I know what the PCM is dont understand the a/d conversion part of it

I'm not 100% sure, but A/D probably means analog to digital. The rodeo and 2.2L 4cyl is a horrible combination. Much of the electronics should have been covered for 3yrs/50Kmi, components covered for less time/mileage will be spelled out in the owners manual.
