Relay Center

Anyone know where the relay center is on a 1990 cadillac deville?

My car won't start, it's not getting any power to the distributor and no spark to the spark plugs. Any help is welcome. Replaced the cap, rotor, and coil. The coil had a burn mark on it. It was from the distributor cap ground rod. After replacing those, it still won't start. ??????

Thanks

Re: Relay Center

Yeah, checked the fuses. Then I replaced the control module because it failed all the tests at the auto part store, and now my car runs good except for when I brake, the engine jumps after braking past 20 mph. It just jolts for some reason. Any reason?
