I have a 95 Lincoln was wondering i just had the front tie rod replaced and both lower balljoints and the pasanger control arm did i get riped of spending 900 dollars to have all that stuff Don to the car

Also have a power steering problem my power steering is drinding but only when its cold out side i was told the rack and the pump our leaking but i have had this problem on other cars could the problem be just a hose that has a whole in it or somthing like that perhaps thank you
