4runner starting problems
When i try to start my 4runner there is a rythmic thud commin from the engine compartment and will not turn over. i had it die on me and there was a massive oil leak underneith the engine. i check it and the engine was bone dry and out of anifreeze. i had it towed back and filled up the engine and hasnt leaked since. im not sure if i broke a connecting rod or something else. im runnin out of ideas. any ideas would be much appreciated.

Re: 4runner starting problems
Sounds like it could be a hydraulic block caused by a blown head gasket.
Where is the oil comming from? Engine? If so your engine is history. I know I had this happen a year ago, broke a rod in two places. Sorry. |
