525i Electrical Problem (Not Fusible Link)

I bought a 525i with a blown motor and rebuilt it last year. It runs good but suddenly all the windows stopped working and the wipers only work on high. I've fixed the fusible link before and that isn't the problem this time. All the other components that usually go with the fusible links still work (Power seats, mirrors, etc.). At one time or another I've had most of the car apart fixing various problems but this one has me stumped. Is there a relay that both are connected to? Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Accidental BMW mechanic

(P.S. I fixed-it up for my daughter for Christmas last year, she loves it and named it Louis after the shadetree mechanic who helped me wade though the motor rebuild)
