Installing Oxygen Sensor
Turns out I do need a new one (probably why i keep failing Emissions) the only issue is, my car came without a owners manual and being the newb i am, have no clue where the oxygen sensor is to replace it. Can someone be so kind as to help my newb self.

Do you know where your exhaust manifolds are? Follow them back, and you will reach the sensor pretty quick. You will actually have two sensors, one before and one after the cat. I would bet that the one before the cat. (near the engine) is giving you the problems, but that is merely a guess.

The 94 Has One Sensor Before The Cat. Look Under The Passenger SIDE, Its About 1 Or 2 Feet Up From The Cat Toward The Engine You'll Se It.
