93 chevy lumina
figured out the problem was a coil pack. but now the low coolant light comes on any ideas why this would be the coolant level is full.
it's a 93 chevy lumina 3.1 car 4 door with 175,000 miles. |

Overflow tank level.
Some coolant overflow tanks have a float sensor in them. If the level gets too low, then the light goes off. If this is the case, just ad a little fluid. Also, uplug and replug the connector to this if you do have one. Maybe the connection is a little corroded.
Temp sensors usually monitor in the engine, while coolant is usually monitored in the overflow tank. |

Re: 93 chevy lumina
Try cleaning out your coolant tank. The sensor sometimes gets full of crud. It happens to my grand am. Have to clean it out once a year.
