Sunroof stuck open on tilt

I tried to tilt/open my sunroof this evening and one side was stuck closed, with a little pressure I opened the othe side but now it is stuck open. Can any body please give me some advise. The motor works fine, the Haynes manual gives no clues. Because its on tilt the manual over ride dose not help. Looks like in the morning I will be stripping it out. Is there anything I should look for.
