1995 Chrysler LHS 3.5 V6 24v - Flexi Fuel ???

Hi folks.
Is there any way how to rebuild standard 1995 Chrysler LHS 3.5L V6 24v to Flexi Fuel (FFV)?
I guess there were some LH-series 3.3L FFVs but can't find any info on possibility of 3.5L FFV.
Are there big differences between these engines (mainly in ECUs)?
