Buick century 1987 radio/lighter/interior light problems

As the subject line reads i am having trouble with many things inside the cab of the car Lighter/Radio/interior lights/power door locks

I thought it could be a fuse problem so replaced afew of my fuses and it didnt help so does anyone know what could be causeing this problem or if anyone knows anyplace online that has diagrams of the wireing of the inside of the cab

What i was doing when the problem started well the lighter got jammed and wouldnt realease so when my Radio quit working figured i had blown a fuse so i replaced the Fuse for the radio and it still doesnt work and now noticing the other stuff such as interior lights that are not working either
