Yellow dangling plug under driver seat.
Hi I was wondering if any one can tell me where a little yellow plug connect too. Its connected to a cable under my drivers seat which I think I pulled out of somewhere. Persume its something to do with my air bag seeing since I found it my warning light flashes.

Not familiar with the right-handed cars.
Do you guys have seat belt alarms that come on when you don't buckle up? My wild guess is it's for that.

Re: Yellow dangling plug under driver seat.
you know, I have the same plug under my seat also. I have a 97 lx, the light on the dash illuminates when I don't have my seat belt on, but there is no alarm for it, so I suppose it could be that.

J-Bo, You're alarm is probably disconnected. I would 'kill' my alarm if it weren't for the fact that it also tells you when you've left your headlights on. I'll have to look under my seat and see what's there.

In GM yellow connectors and wires mean airbag circuitry. That may be what it's for.

I wish I only had the headlight alarm. I always wear my seat belt. Don't need an alarm for that or for when my door is 'ajar'.
This is pure speculation but I wonder if there is some sort of mechanism that kills the fuel pump in the event of air bag deployment?
