ok when i first bought the car it ran fine then it sat for like two weeks very cold and snowy here i started it up the other day it ran fine for a while then when i went to drive right at about 11 psi it like started to sputter and fart and i lost a lot of power it runes fine other then that i have an exhaust leak and i also saw a puddle of radiator fliud underneith it i tried to find where it was coming for and couldnt any idea what i could be oh its a 92 laser turbo awd

sounds like bad plugs/wires
replace with NGK BR6es and some decent wires. as for the radiator fluid, check the rubber hoses around the turbo, or for that matter, anywhere. The leak could be anywhere.

If you plan on running high boost all the time, then NGK BR7E's gapped at .028.
If you're gonna keep it around 15-16, then get NGK BR6E's
