Extang tonno cover

Bought my 99 GMC new. Same day I bought it, I had a EXTANG tonno cover put on it. Now almost 7 years later the cover still look like new but the rails vibarrate out when you drive anywhere. I called EXTANG. They tried to vteel me I vdidnt vhave one of their tonno covers. I had to call the place where I bought it. Lucky for me they still had it on file. So FYI keep your payperwork handy if you have any EXTANG products. What good is a LIFETIME warrenty if they dont make the parts you need anymore. Finally they agreed to send me the NEW rails.

I had the exact same problem when I bought my first Extang. It drove me crazy! But rather than being smart like you, I drilled screws into the bows fixing them perment. The new bows are spring loaded fixing the problem we had.

I never had any trouble with them
