99' mirror, door latch and bumper...

Hey everyone
I apologize if these questions have been brought up in this forum before, but I was wondering about a few things concerning a 99' Suburban. My mother-in-law has one, and she needs a few items, one including the glass for her passenger side mirror. Autozone carries the mirrors, but the packaging says it fits suburbans only up to the 98' model...but I noticed that the body didn't change until 2000, so does that mean the older 99' body shares the 2000- current mirrors, or was that just a mistake on the box?
A few weeks ago she was hit from behind and she needs a new rear bumper, does anyone know any good online sources for an affordably priced bumper?
The last question is regarding the driver door. When opening it, you have to nudge it with your shoulder to get it open, it unlaches but not easily. That problem just started. Has anyone had or heard of any similar problems? I don't know for sure if its the latch or just the mechanisms inside the door...thanks a lot for any help you can provide!

Re: 99' mirror, door latch and bumper...

The mirror marked for '98 should be the right one, a lot of parts manufacturer's confuse themselves on when the Burban's changed.

Bumper - Salvage Yard would be the cheapest....

Door - No direct experience with this one, but I do notice that my '99 Burbans door is starting to drag a little on the latch when opening/closing. Seems like a sagging or fatigued hinge. I did a search a while ago and found some rebuild kits that may be a solution to a known problem. If I find it again I'll post it here or someone else probably has better info.

Thanks.

Check your hinge pins. Open the door all the way. Take a good hold of it and see if you can lift it up and down. If it moves more than 1/4 inch that means the hinge pins are shot. Or take it to a body shop and they will fix you up.
