Help brake lights and turn signals dont work

For some reason my back turn signals and brake lights are not working. The front turn signals are working and they blink fast just like the bulbs are burnt out. I ckecked the bulbs and the fuses and all are working.
Please Help!!

The bulbs need to be replaced. That's why you have the fast blinking.

Thai is possible, but I would say a more likely scenario is you have a wire connection disconnected or cut, or a badly corroded connection.
