94 caravan no power

I have a 94 dodge caravan special edition and I'm have problem with power, when i go up hill it gets slugist and it backfire. i change the fuel pump , but i think is a electrical problem because sometime my radio goes out. i changed my power core and my plugs and wire and i still have the same problem. i didn,t change my map sencor where is that located.

I have the same problem with a code of #43
cam sensor or crank sensor?
How about egr valve
