Electrical Short?
Have a 98 Tahoe with 135k. Never had problems, but recently, windshield wipers will stay on even when switch is placed in off position.
About one week ago, the voltmeter has started to "tick" with the turn signal, about a 1-2 volt spike every time the turn signal lights. Also, using the windown motors (raising and lowering side windows) creates drops the voltmeter and pressing all 4 window buttons at the same time causes the voltmeter to spike about 4 volts.
Any thoughts? Thanks so much for the help.
