Reverse Glow [a.k.a. Indiglo] Gauges - HELP!

Hey all,
Alright, here's my problem ...

I've a 1992 Ford Escort GT ... I want to install Reverse Glow gauges in. This picture here shows ALMOST exactly what the arrangement, etc. is ...

http://www.feoa.net/modules/Coppermi...mal_gauges.jpg

... everything's the same except one thing ... the americans have it in the MPH/kmh config.

Does anyone know what companies make these things, or what?! I don't care where I have to buy it from, as long as it fits and it's in the KMH/mph configuration, like normal Canadian cars.

((P.S. And no, I don't want to learn to read the smaller numbers and get used to it, 'cos it'll freg me up whenever I go to drive another car))

Anyone that can give me information will be thanked bountifully, and such information would be GREATLY appreciated. Either the names of companies that you KNOW can do custom gauges for a fair price, or companies that already produce such gauge faces, or even just companies that I might contact to see if they'll do a customg auge face -- anything like that would be amazing.

Many thanks,
Railker
