how do i reset the light,,,,, i can not get the code thing useing the key and i want to reset the light and see if it comes back i have a 98 ram1500 318 v8

Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes should do it.

You will need a scan tool to check or reset it.
Get the code before you rest it and poat back code no.
Go easy on them battery disconnects. They can be hell on computer systems.

Reset with a scan tool.If you disconnect from the battery it will be hard on the computer.
