MX-6 Stuck in park

Two days ago i bought this mx-6 its a LS 6 cylinder AT,when I got home I parked it in reverse up a slight hill,well the next day i couldnt get the car out of park.ive had this happen before with other cars as im sure others have but ive always been able 2 get it out of park.the buttone to put the car in gear wont go in Im wondering if maybe theres a relay or fuse that lets the car out of park.somebody please help

I know this happens with my driving instructors car. Push your brake pedal in all the way, then try pushing the button in. Or, turn your wheel a little bit, i know sometimes when I go to put a key in, and the car has power steering, sometimes the key doesn't go in.

i had that same problem but i just pull rea hard trying to avoid breaking anything and it finally popped out

There is a fuse in the inside fuse box, believe it or not. Look in the manual and you'll see which one to change!
