Sportage Missing and not pulling

Please please help my 1996 Kia Sportage 4wd is missing at low revs and feels as though it is running on 3 cylinbders it is using a lot of petrol and exhaust is popping-Exhaust ok - carried out the usual- changed plugs-leads- and coil packs but still no change- help appreciated.

I assume you changed the ignition wires, check your timing.

They are notorius for the cat to get stopped up....... check that....
