Rough Ideling

I Have 1989 Olds Touring Sedan, It Runs Fine Most Of The Time, But I Noticed That Sometimes It Idels And Runs Very Rough, But When I Stop And Put It In Nutral It Idels Fine. I Also Notice That Am Useing A Whole Lot More Fuel.

If Anyone Can Help Please Let Me Know.
