Need Ignition Transistor for DME

Hi,
My 1995 318i DME ignition transistor cooked my #2 ignition coil. I removed the DME, and I can make the repair, if I can find a replacement
transistor. So far, I've had no luck locally.
My DME part number is 0 261 203 282.
The transistor has the following numbers, arranged as printed on the transistor body itself:
16401 4994
C 30051

The transistor manufacturer's logo looks like a modified "circle-H".

Can't find anything on that logo on the internet, and the electronic supply shops here have never seen it before either.

Are these transistors available anywhere?
