Remote Car starter program

Hello,

I purchased a second remote car stater key from the internet to give to my mother for Christmas. I recieved the product, but I don't know how to program it. Can someone please tell me? I have a 2001 town and country van. I purchased a coolstart 4 button remote. FCC ID:CHX433TX
