Re: 2001 sunfire wont start!!!

Need To Know Year & Make. Do You Have Known Good Fully Charged Battery? If So, Are Battery Contacts Very Clean, Both Pos. & Neg. If Replacement Terminals Present Check Under The Wire Clamps. If Good, Check For Power At Main Distribution Center. Check For Power At Ignition Switch. Check For Power Out Of Ignition Switch. Check For Power To Starter "s" Terminal With Key Turned To Start Position. If Power At All Terminals, And Good Ground From Battery To Engine Block, Replace Starter. Depending On Make, You May Have Starter Relay Involved, Possibly Factory Security Code. If Scan Tool Available, Check For Communication At Computer Aldl. Many Other Possibilities, But Check The Basics First, Then You Can Start Worrying About Parasitic Draws.
