new here, pics of my car from begining to end (no 56k)

well, im new to the cavalier forums over here but spend most of my time over at V6Z24.com and found this site while looking around the internet.
I drive a 91 cavalier Z24. Its got some work done to it but i have alot more planned this winter.

Heres how my car started when i got it, pretty much stock

then i got rid of the stock rims and threw on my old steelies from my older cavalier because of my plans for my new rims. also painted the front bow-tie white, added some fog lights, and removed the trailer hitch that came on the car

then i finally got my 18" Fast Octane rims. this was the 1st major thing i added to my car.

I soon after decided that my car needed some body work and i decided to get the color changed.
So i started to strip the car.

Once i stripped it i brought it into get some real bodywork done

you can start to see a bit of the color in this pic

shaved my antenna

and heres some more of the color

out of paint and all back together.
the paint is Sonic blue, i also shaved all my badges and tinted my taillights

Well, there it is from the begining to now. The cars parked right now for the winter and the interior is all stripped because im switching the whole interior over to black, getting new racing seats, and re-doing my system/trunk setup

hope you all like it so far

That is a really sweet color. Nice choice with the rims. They fit your car real well. Oh, and welcome to AF.

thanks for all the good comments. as for doing it all myself, i did almost all of it. the only thing i didnt do was the major bodywork and paint. i stripped the car and did some of the little bodywork but not alot of it. iv done everything else form my interior swap to my stereo to my exhaust.
i like to do things myself rather than pay someone else to do it, it just takes me a little longer to do it myself, but thats ok to me.

F*ckin' sweet! See, 2nd gens can be beautiful too. One of these days mine will be similar, except it will be jet black with a blue pearl clearcoat and a 2.2 not V6, lol.

Do you plan on doing any performance mods soon? Also, where did you get those rims and what was the damage (cost)?
