Front End Clunk

I have a Clunk in my front end....when I am coming to stop under a certain MPH 5 or so I get a light clunking. And while accelerating form a stop I get a light clunking to said RPM. Any idea?

hmm...

I didnt hear it once at all today...so Iunno whats up but ill have it jacked up this week sometime and be going....Listen....I dont need shit breaking I have a turbo thats being saved for and needs to be merrily on its way and on schedule...And I might hump some stuff to make it feel better...you know just so it wont go out anytime soon...

yea sounds like a bushing problem. My coupe does the same thing on the front left. Im just going to take care of all that when i swap the coil-overs over. If the bushings are cracked and spooging all over it leaves no "padding" if you will for the two pieces to move. kind of like cartilage on your joints. If you have bad arthritis your cartilage is deteriorated and your now rubbing bones together. Just get a poly urethane set. The car will drive better and you'll feel the road better too.

You have earned yourself a spot on my hitlist of people who are incompetent. Not only was that stupid but probably is a great representation of your intellignece. Also i dont drive a 180SX or anything half way near it. Im a 1/3 the way there since Front end and rear end and engine are the determining factors.

Please take your ass hattery and go elsewhere.

clunking in the front end

try taking a look at the lower control arm bushings some times they get pushed trough and the control arm is sitting directly on metal- hope it helps
