I have; I bought a kit from an audio retailer and mounted them after a little jury rigging. The kit included the spacer adapter, but I had to cut the wires at the door.

Re: door speakers
I am curious about this, our '98 needs new door speakers. Am I hearing that if OEM speakers are not used, you need special parts and re-wiring?

Re: door speakers
Does anyone know what the rear door 6.5 inch infinity speakers are as far as there ohm rating? Also where do you find replacements for those when they are blown? I have searched stereo stores & Salvage yards but no one has the chrysler infinity speakers & the stereo store said that they have a preamp in them & they are a different ohm than normal auto speakers that they would sell. Please help.
