hood

i got a 88 z24 and cant find a new hood anywhere. every where i looks dosent have the z24 hood

Try a junkyard or Ebay they usually have it. Doesnt a 91 Z24 hood fit on it?

Yes, a 2nd phase hood will work just find, but you'll have to take care of the latch mechanism, as they changed during the 2nd gens phase shift.

I thought the first gens were boxes compared to the second gens.Totally different hoods?

And I use the terms "generation" and "phase" for a reason. 82-87 = Generation One. 88-90 = Generation 2 Phase 1. 91-94 = Generation 2 Phase 2.
