84' Prelude Engine swap questions

Im kinda new to the Honda community, and Ive got a couple questions... and dont mind my lack of knowledge...

Ive had my Prelude for just under a year, and Ive noticed the lack of power in the old carb engine, and Ive recently become very interested in swapping the engine for a newer more powerful one.
Now heres my questions.
1. What type of Honda engine would you reccomend to swap into my 84' Lude?
2. What modifications to my chasse would have to be made?

Of course im not gonna be doing the swapping all by myself, I have someone to help me with all the technical stuff...well...pretty much everything.
