Dash lights and washer fliud issue

'93 Astro EXT

I am having problems with the dash lights. they seem to have a mind of their own but now seem to be off more than on. Where should I start to look for the problem. Seems to be a loose connector.

Also, the washer fluid switch does not send fluid to the windows. I checked the motor on the reservoir and it works OK. I also checked fuses and all are OK. Where else should I look?

Any of these common problems??
