Not sure of any sites w/ a DIY or anything but if you grab your Chilton/Haynes Manual you should have the instructions to pull out the stock Cam shaft and then putting the new one in would be the opposite..
I've heard it's not to hard at all like 1 1/2-2 hr job or so....

Hope this might help...:frog:

Hey Asnrefugee,

I have a 1999 hatchback dx. Do you know if there is a good camshaft for my car? The problem is that the hatchbacks do not have vtec =( My engine is d16y7. What do you suggest? Let me know how your install goes. Good luck!

riight 112, i read your other post and i think you can find a cheap on from exospeed.com
200 bucks for a camshaft is damn good for the money.
THey say it fits any civic 92-up but make sure and call them.
They say it makes 8-15hp at the wheels so thats good too.
I have the real honda civic service manual,
the book is huge. I'm hoping to to do the camshafts if i'm thinking about keeping my EX engine.
