black-washing

Hi.

I would like to know how you make your black-washing

Personnaly i use this method:

i have also tried using black ink with good results

It's a good technique. Try to use artists' oil paint thinned with turpentine or white spirit. Maybe you'd like to try another color than black as this can look a bit overdone. It's so.. so.. black! Try dark brown or dark grey instead and look if it suits you.

i read somewhere on the board that you can use Gundam markers to paint the lines...what are they like/finish etc?

Look at Warren's Lancers in the Gallery; he used Gundam markers on both. (Warren's Evo Extreme will be up loaded in about 10 hours. It's not there yet. )

I use ink pens like this:
