Unhappy clutch does not come back up

i have a 94 ford probe that was driving well but then one day the clutch when i pressed it the clutch would not come back up unless i pull it up with the back of my foot and it some times feel like i'm not getting any preasure

check the master cylender to see if it has ne thing in it, it can either be that or the slave cylender.

i changed the slave cylinder and it got worst

You may still have air in the hydraulic line or a bad clutch master cylinder. Check to see if the return spring is connected properly on the pedal. Are you losing fluid? Is the slave cylinder moving the clutch fork?

i would bleed the clutch. i would also check the brake fluid line to the clutch master cyl and slave for leaks.
i would check that the fork is still on the spring clip inside the trans bellhousing.
does you clutch slip when fully engaged? if it does then you need a new pressure plate/clutch.
