Racing Champions/ERTL makes a diecast 4 door regular dodge ram truck. There is some chance they will make it into a kit form.

And if a plastic kit doesn't come about, no problem, you're a modeler: Just strip and chop that sumbitch until it's what you want. A die-cast is just a plastic kit with a metal body.
