boiling from under my feet

i have a 94 s-10 blazer that has had this awfull boiling noise coming from what sounds like the tranny, if i have already replaced the radiator cap then what is the next step

i have a sound like that but it really from the dash... theres a heater core behind th dash... if you did anything to your cooling system its an air bubble
