picture for Air filter

A while ago, I remembered asking this question about the location of 1999 T&C air filter.
I am still having problem finding exactly where it is. I was trying to open the balck square shape cover to see the air filter but it is very difficult to isassemble it. SOmeone said that there is not the one...

Can you share a drawing or picture about it?

Thanks

Re: picture for Air filter

There is a air duct that goes from the Throttle body to a black box, the black box has two screws holding it down.
Remove the two screws, disconnect the air ducts that are attached to it and put it aside. There is another black box just below that, that is where the air filter is. There is snap type hold downs that hold the cover on, unsnap them remove the cover and the filter should come right out. Don't attemp to open the first black box, there is nothing in there and you will break it and have to buy another one.

Re: picture for Air filter

Which one is the pipe to throttle body? Is that the bigger one pointing down to the driver direction or the other one to the left(I am looking at under the hood with battery on my right)?
