'93 5.7L idles at 200-300 rpm at a light
TPS & Air idle works, new coolant sensor, but it stills idles around 200 -300 rpm at a stop light. Could a bad MAP sensor cause this? Could the chip be bad?

I assume you are in gear with your break on. It could be something in your breaks causing a vacuum leak. Might check you master cylinder ect. My 95 did the same thing, and turned out it was my master cylinder.
