Fujimi F40 LM (is it a rare kit?)
i just got one from a guy's shop... i had to really dig it out.. cause he had piles and piles of kits lol... to give u an idea of what i mean by piles ... he had at least 20 enzo !! lol

I have a hard time calling ANYTHING rare nowadays. . . Especially with sites such as Ebay and so on. . .
Seems like somewhere somebody is selling just what your looking for and you usually have several to choose from. . . I sold a few "RARE" Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Aurora kits which, in the past would fetch over $400 bucks a pop . . . Don't think one of them sold for over 60 . . .

The kit was re-issued recently, so no, its not rare.
