2003 Cobra high speed vibration

New to the board I have a 2003 cobra at about the speed of 120 a very nasty vibration comes in, the car has 22000 miles (I however just purchased). A friend of mine also has a 2003 with the same symptom with only 13000 miles. So far we have ruled out tires/tire balance.
Help.

How did you rule out tires and tire balancing? Check to see if any suspension parts are showing signs of wear.

LOL how often do you drive at 120? if it doesn't happen at lower speeds, i wouldn't worry about it. if you must, though, check suspension components for looseness or wear. also, check out the driveshaft and universal joints.
