2001 Cherokee serpentine belt

Help!!!! I purchased in August, and want to change the serpentine belt. Any suggestions as to the easiest? I am used to the 350 c.i. chevy, wrench on the idler pulley and pivot to the side. This one looks a bit more complicated than that; or am I making it out to be?
