Wipers work on high only

Hello Everyone,

I have a 2002 Suburban and the wipers just became functional on high only. I have read on other forums that you can resolder the wiper circuit board, is it the same case here? Can someone tell me if the wiper circuit board is in the black box to the right of the master cylinder as you are looking from the front of the vehicle towards the firewall?

Thanks!

Dave

I don't know much about the curciut board but I think that its your wiper motor. When I first got my silvy my wipers only worked in high. I needed a new wiper motor. Its located near the one of the wipers, I believe the left.

Turns out it is a broken diode in the circuit board which I am buying at radio shack to take a shot at resoldering. Rockauto.com has the wiper control module, I can't seem to find it locally.
