Saturn vs Camaro

After a night of just cruisin' around town in my car and my friends mark viii, we decide to hit up the highway, and go to his house. On the 15 mile drive back, a z71 sidles up next to us, and stays there for a little bit. We both have a little fun with him, and he tries to catch up each time we gun it.

This attracted the attention of an 3rd gen RS camaro we pass, who immediately floors it to give chase. He passes us at about 110, and i look over to my friend with a smile. he slows down to a more reasonable speed and stays next to us for a few miles. We pass a few miles of construction, and the highway drops from 4 to 2 lanes, but once it opens back up, i pull next to him. I give it a little gas to show i wanted to play, but hes not biting. He gets to my rear panel when he suddenly floors it, and he has a half car lead before i drop it in 4th and give chase. Immediately i stop his pull, and as we get out my weakest zone (65-75) i start gaining much harder. By 90 i have the the lead, and i continue to my gov., a weak 113. By that time hes a car behind and I drive off, relishing my first race and win against a camaro.

I looked up the stats for the RS, and they are as follows

5 liter v8 170hp at 4000 255 lb ft at 2400
0-60 7.9
1/4 16.1 at 86.9

Nice kill mang. By the way how fast is your car in 0-60, 1/4 mi etc?
Those camaros can be quick.

If this section of AF is about street racing stories, then I really could care less if the story was about a UPS and Fed-EX delivery truck race where they are neck and neck at 50 when all of a sudden a DHL truck blows both of them away because he got his deliveries done early and had less weight.
