HELP 89 legend problem!

im having some issues with my 89 acura legend 6 cyl. the s3 and s4 shift indicators are both lit all the time. the car wont shift out of 3rd gear and i need to know if anyone has had this problem.

Sorry to say the auto tranny in these cars is the weak link. It may be something more simple but once you hit 150k the autos start to act up.
