Dodge stratus fuse problems

01 stratus keeps blowing fuses. The door lock fuse and the radio. Have had it worked on twice, both times they said it was a fuse problem but two days after having it worked on, we're back to square one. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem with my '05 Stratus. Anyone figure anything out on this?
