Saint Louis Area Help!!!!

Hey All,
Not as serious as the header implies....BUT.....i have looked all around and i was wondering if anyone has any GOOD info on some Saint Louis Area Performance and Paint Shops???Right now i am looking for a better deal than $1800 on an allready prepped vehicles paint job!I swear i told the guy if i do all prep work....even primer and seal maybe,how much for the base and clear.....he quoted around 1800....isnt that a bit steep?I REALLY would like to get a new paint job on my civic for less than a 1000.It has dings and some hail damage i plan on filling,but not until i find a descent deal on a good base and clear spray.I plan on ordering HOK Shimrin Fine Metallic Base coat and all accessories,i just need someone with a descent facility to do the base and clear for under a 1000,i didnt think that was toooo much to ask,but apparently local body shops think it is.
SO,basically this thread is for me to hopefully get as much intel on the Saint Louis area tuner scene as i can......Car Clubs,Tuners,Paint Shops and the like.
