Mark IV w/ Roush Modifications

My friend has a Mark IV he wants me to try to help him sell.
He purchased it 2 years old from a neighbor that has mucho bucks. When he purchsed the car in 1992, he had it sent, brand new back to the factory, because he wanted more power. The factory sent it to Roush Racing and had $ 26,000. of modifications done to it.

He has all the slips & bills from Roush & factory.

It has approx : 500 - 550 hp.

It has Roush autograph on the das and all that stuff like the mustangs.

Does anyone know where the best place to sell this.
He keeps it inside during winters. And hasn't driven it much over the past 5 years. maybe 2 to 3k max.

I am a Mustang guy ...... so I can't help him too much

Looking for ideas.

Thanks

Mike

Re: Mark IV w/ Roush Modifications

If it was new in '92, its probably a MKVII, not a MkIV (They were made in '72-76)

Its problably worth just a few hundred dollars. Let me know where I can send the cheque......

Seriously, a major classic car auction may be best for such a unique piece, or possibly ebay.
