96 civic idle problems

hey whats up i have a 96 civic and it ilds up and down rapidly between 1500 and 1700 rpms i now with my code reader it cam back with idle air control valve circuit failure now i have replace the air idle control valve, i have replaced the intake manifold, i have checked for vacume leaks i was told to check if the radiator needed to be purged but i just bought a new radiator, i changed the tps sensor and the map sensor but both or the sensor were used, now when i start the car and pull the map sensor off the car ildes normal for a little bit then start to go up and down but not as bad or as fast please help any suggestions will help im stuck right now and dont knw what to try next thanks
