96 Deville codes

hi all Im new to this forum,have a 96 cadillac deville with a way too soft suspension,after doing some reading i learned how to pull the codes if anyone here is familiar with this problem or knows what the codes mean,any help would be apreciated ,codes are as it follows
RS0038-CURRENT RS0062-HISTORY RS0063-HISTORY.

Thanks,great site ,this is what i got out of it:
S038 ................... Electronic Level Control Exhaust Valve Short to Ground/Open
anyone has an idea of where is this valve ,or how to fix the problem?

I've had that problem before, it's either a bad connection in the wiring, or a problem with the cylinder head on the level control compressor. If the compressor is old, your best bet would be to replace it. It's easy to do yourself, so save some money and do it yourself!
